Engineered for
Perennial Pavement Performance
From standard asphalt to advanced polymer modified binders, emulsions, and cutbacks, we supply products which are engineered for durability, flexibility, and real-world performance.
Paving grade bitumen is the foundation of modern road infrastructure. We supply high-quality refined bitumen categorized by viscosity and penetration standards to meet diverse climatic and load-bearing requirements.
VISCOSITY GRADES (IS 73:2013)VG-10
Used primarily for spraying applications such as surface dressing and paving in very cold climates.
Data SheetVG-30
The standard grade for paving bituminous macadam and asphalt concrete in most parts of India.
Data SheetVG-40
Designed for high-stress areas such as intersections, toll booths, and heavy-duty truck terminals.
Data Sheet60/70 Grade
A semi-hard paving grade bitumen suitable for heavy traffic loads and high ambient temperatures. Commonly used in highways and airfield runways.
Data Sheet80/100 Grade
A softer grade with higher penetration, ideal for low-volume roads and colder climates where flexibility is required to prevent cracking.
Data SheetModified bitumen binders are engineered by adding polymers or crumb rubber to standard bitumen. This enhances elasticity, reduces temperature susceptibility, and significantly extends pavement service life.
POLYMER MODIFIED BITUMEN (PMB)PMB 40
Elastomeric modified binder designed for extreme climatic conditions and heavy traffic loads. Offers superior resistance to rutting and fatigue.
Data SheetPMB 70
Suitable for moderate to high traffic zones. Balanced formulation providing enhanced cohesion and adhesion properties.
Data SheetPMB 120
High flexibility binder used in cold regions to prevent thermal cracking. Excellent elastic recovery properties.
Data SheetLiquid bitumen solutions allow for application at lower temperatures. Emulsions are eco-friendly water-based dispersions, while cutbacks are solvent-based solutions for specific curing times.
BITUMEN EMULSIONSRapid Setting (RS)
RS-1 (Tack Coat): Promotes bonding between layers.
RS-2 (Surface
Dressing): Used for chip sealing.
Medium Setting (MS)
Designed for mixing with coarse aggregates. Ideal for pot-hole repair and premix carpet applications.
Data SheetSlow Setting (SS)
SS-1 (Prime Coat): Penetrates porous surfaces.
SS-2 (Slurry
Seal): For fine aggregate mixing and sealing.
Medium Curing (MC)
Contains kerosene-type solvents. Used for prime coats and premix with open-graded aggregates where a moderate curing time is needed.
Data SheetRapid Curing (RC)
Contains gasoline or naphtha solvents. Cures quickly, making it suitable for surface treatments and tack coats in cooler weather.
